worked for a while
i haven’t used it for quite awhile when i tried to pair it with my new iphone it wouldn’t pair it still pans and the operating system works but no connection to phone. any thoughts as to what might be wrong have shut down phone several time nothing.

Product is good but App doesn’t work. Says my device is not connected - can’t use the capture/zoom/mode switch functions. Very disappointing.
Won’t connect to my gimbal
😭 it’s connected to my phone but the app won’t connect to my gimbal, it keeps saying it can’t find the device and to switch it on but it is switched on!

Easy to use but buggy!
The app is easy to use but with one massive fault on my iPhone 7. The audio goes out of sync during video recording, when you review the footage.It gets worse the longer you record video. Does it regardless what video app you use to watch the footage. Hope this gets resolved quickly!
Bugs
It was good until bugs appeared. It is said my phone has connected to the device but I still can't use gimbal to control my phone camera functions such as capture/zoom in/zoom out.
