Unable to connect the app with RE camera
Now it doesn’t get connected to the camera any more, pls resolve the issue asap
It used to work.
HTC completely dropped the ball about 10 years ago when they were on top with their android phone, but then failed to innovate and lost all the market share.
Seems like the same level of incompetence has been applied to this application because it doesn’t work.
The app shows that it’s connected to the camera, but it keeps prompting me to join its wireless network.
Tried reinstalling the app deleting the camera manually switching to the HTC RE access point, nothing works.

Love this camera. Had to keep my old iPhone 6 to be able to use the app. I have 2 of these cameras. They are the best to take videos during dog trials and training. Still working great after 9 years. Please update you app so I can use my latest iPhone to access. Wish HTC hasn’t had discontinued this camera. It is the best and simplest one to use.
