Unable to connect the app with RE camera
Now it doesn’t get connected to the camera any more, pls resolve the issue asap
It used to work.
HTC completely dropped the ball about 10 years ago when they were on top with their android phone, but then failed to innovate and lost all the market share.
Seems like the same level of incompetence has been applied to this application because it doesn’t work.
The app shows that it’s connected to the camera, but it keeps prompting me to join its wireless network.
Tried reinstalling the app deleting the camera manually switching to the HTC RE access point, nothing works.

Love this camera. Had to keep my old iPhone 6 to be able to use the app. I have 2 of these cameras. They are the best to take videos during dog trials and training. Still working great after 9 years. Please update you app so I can use my latest iPhone to access. Wish HTC hasn’t had discontinued this camera. It is the best and simplest one to use.

So far the app still works great with an IPhone 12 Pro only issue I’m having is using the app to sign into google to live stream or backup photos

Outdated
I found my old RE and wanted to see if It could still be used. There wasn’t much in it but the app is so outdated that I can’t actually check the old pictures through my phone.

HTC RE is my favorite portable cam, even in 2017 when I went Aus, i take many good pics by using it.
As the app no update since 20xx, the cam was placed in somewhere in my room, it become a rubbish! its was a waste and i really hope the app creater activate the app so my cam can be used again for its has a portable function better then a iPhone.

Please update the apps. After iOS 15 I cannot link up the htc re at all and access to the camera and whatever photo taken with it.

Unable to Connect - iOS 14.7.1 iPhone 12
This app does NOT connect wirelessly to my HTC RE camera. I am using a brand new iPhone 12. I have tried all the troubleshooting solutions provided and NOTHING. I had no issues with my old Android Samsung Galaxy S8. Is there an app update? Is the wireless on the camera bad? Please fix!!!!
