Great people and great app

KBC in Plovdiv is a very good place to bank. As an American expat it is good to find friendly people and lots of help. The KBC app is also pretty good and has all the functions we need.

Има нужда от подобрение!!!

На другите международни банки приложенията им за много, пъти по user friendly. Имат опции за международни карти и доста по-лесно се управлява мобилното банкиране. Не ти иска толкова много кодове колкото в тук.

Сумата на кредитните карти не се променя

Не знам дали е имало промени по логиката на апликацията или промените са били само козметични, но след ъпдейта, сумата на кредитните карти не се променя при депозит/теглене.

Revolut

Raiffeisen made some changes and now you can’t transfer bigger amounts via card to Revolut. These changes are for all clients and the limits can not b changed.

Recommended updates

Add Face ID login and automatic logout after leaving the app to improve security. It could be more intuitive as well.

Carbon footprint feature…

I like the new features, especially the carbon footprint data. However I really want to know how this information is derived, especially since it has the power to influence my buying choices. I’d like an explanation of how the carbon footprint of each transaction is calculated and how accurate this data is - especially since some transactions apparently generate 0, while others a lot more than I’d expect.
