Can’t log in
This is the most useless app ever. I can’t even login with out an error message
Keep getting server errors
I used the app a few times and it was great. Now it does not remember my password and when I click forgot password to enter my email it keeps saying server error.
Not Reliable
For the cost of the test, it’s surprising that the app design and reliability is disappointing. Similar to another user, the loading circle of death is quite frustrating. If it does eventually load, I would suggest screenshotting your results.

As stated by other reviewers, when you try to log into this app, all you get is the spinning circle of death. Does it develop or even read these?

Would give minus one star if I could
This app delays release of data until after doctor gets it. Absolutely no reason given and did not allow me to file complaint. Unprofessional customer “service.”
Worst app
First off this app makes you sign in every time you open it like it’s a banking app or something and not only does it ask for your username and password but also your date of birth which can’t be typed in but you have to scroll to input it. So annoying. The meal plans I was promised when I paid for the test has said “coming soon” for a month and now I’m not even able to log into the app anymore I just get a little circle going round and round and round when I hit login.
