Ужасная техподдержка

Чат с техподдержкой просто ужасный. Висит постоянно. В него Не отправляются сообщения. Бот бестолковый. Оператора вызвать нереально, потому что то бот бестолковый тебя не понимает, то просто тупо зависает!

App had degraded over time with more new features while core features do not work

Also, customer service is poor and to do anything with number recovery or updates you have to go to office and submit manual paper requests.. unbelievable in such a digital era
