I love the app, but I think it’s time to update it, so it would recognize Face ID. All other banking apps use this technology.

Portait vs. landscape view
Would give 5 stars except for the app is now only available in portrait view. Previously on my ipad I could view the app in landscape mode, but not any longer. Please look into the possibility of providing the option for both landscape and portrait mode.

Decent App
Decent all. A little uncle are about negative being in grey. But once you figure it out it’s fine. Doesn’t let you go back through records very far though.

As an app, it’s pretty user friendly and the costumer service has always been good when I’ve had issues. Just wish it wasn’t down so often for updates and it occasionally logs me out of my account and I can’t always remember my password so I have to call to reset. Otherwise, easy to navigate and a good bank overall.

I really like the app. The only problem is I had probs moving $ from Christmas club to checking.
Limited accessibility
Other apps I have full access to my accounts. Here it is hard to pull up specific information, I can’t get to my statements, etc
Good app w/mobile deposit issues
I love this app, but can only give it a 2 star rating due to the continuous problem with the mobile deposit feature. Although it is “endorsed” For Mobile Deposit Only, I cannot get the deposit to go through. Instead, I receive an error message telling me to write For Mobile Deposit Only. Calls to KCTCU only result in an empathetic ear suggesting that I be sure to endorse my check For Mobile DepotOnly. Oh, and did you know that once you’ve endorsed it For Mobile Deposit Only it’s darn near impossible to get it deposited any other way?

Mobile check deposit is awful
Please allow us the option to force deposit checks that ARE signed but the camera won’t read.
I constantly receive errors saying “must endorse check” but it’s only because the a.i. Isn’t registering that it’s signed.

Deposits during pandemic
I had hoped that during the pandemic and lockdown it would be possible to deposit a check bigger that $1000.
