Loss of details
Your App updates are trash! Where are all the summaries/details of payments made for review? You can’t see any confirmation numbers of payments made or any other details of payments made!

The worst app I’ve ever had.
HAS ISSUES EVERY MONTH
Literally so stressing to make a payment. I’ve called twice already about the information they have on file not being correct. Every-time the app has issues I need to reset my password. In order to reset my password I need to verify my ID. Can’t verify my id if the information they have on file is wrong. Such a mind trip every-time, worst experience ever with any bank.

Had a loan for past 4-5 years never had to change my password once, now I have to change it to something that’s a minimum of 15 digits and will never remember is ridiculous
New Format
Since I now live in Florida and don’t go on the site on a regular basis I was unaware that this was happening. I have since found out all my emails from NuMark went to junk file. I would have give it a higher score if not for the clerk that called me back with a bad attitude when I said it would have been nice if I would have gotten some kind of notice that this was happening. His response was you would have known if you read your emails..
