Horrible
Their app is horrible and useless. I was trying to reset my username and password and it gave me the option to change my contact information which I started to do, but as I put in my phone number, it wouldn’t let me continue even though it said I had a valid phone number and it wouldn’t let me continue onto the next step so I closed out of the app and I go back into the app and I try to sign into my account after that I had already reset my username and password, but then it gives me the only option to get into the app using a voice call which was connected to a phone number that was old and no one uses anymore since it wouldn’t let me change it so now I am unable to get into my account and if I go back to reset my username and password and change my phone number the only option to send verification now is a voice call which is again connected to the old phone number than no one uses.
