App needs enhancements!
This app has a very poor user experience.
As a patient, you’re only allowed to upload three files, but many of us have multiple reports that our doctor needs to review. I paid for an online consultation, only to be told that I needed to schedule an in-person appointment because the doctor couldn’t access all of my reports. I was still charged for the online visit, despite it not being able to accomplish its purpose.
The guest experience is also confusing. The app makes it seem like you can add the appointment and join it later through the app, walking you through several steps as if you’re setting everything up correctly. However, in reality, you cannot actually join or “add” the appointment in advance..you simply have to wait and join the call at the scheduled appointment time. Because the flow guides you all the way through, it gives the impression that something should work, when it actually doesn’t.
These are fundamental usability issues that create unnecessary frustration for patients. The app would benefit from improvements to file uploads, clearer instructions for virtual appointments, and better communication throughout the process.

Absolutely pathetic
I would prefer traveling for 12 hours to see the doctor in person than use this platform.
Need tons of improvement.
Worst app ever. The video consultation of the app does not work. If it was possible I would’ve given negative stars!!!
Buggy app
Can’t make an appointment on the app since the popup box and keyboard keep overlapping. Bad design.

When i try to log in it says this email id it says you have no account with this email pls register. When i try to register it says an account already exists with this email pls click forgot password.
