App needs enhancements!
This app has a very poor user experience.
As a patient, you’re only allowed to upload three files, but many of us have multiple reports that our doctor needs to review. I paid for an online consultation, only to be told that I needed to schedule an in-person appointment because the doctor couldn’t access all of my reports. I was still charged for the online visit, despite it not being able to accomplish its purpose.
The guest experience is also confusing. The app makes it seem like you can add the appointment and join it later through the app, walking you through several steps as if you’re setting everything up correctly. However, in reality, you cannot actually join or “add” the appointment in advance..you simply have to wait and join the call at the scheduled appointment time. Because the flow guides you all the way through, it gives the impression that something should work, when it actually doesn’t.
These are fundamental usability issues that create unnecessary frustration for patients. The app would benefit from improvements to file uploads, clearer instructions for virtual appointments, and better communication throughout the process.

Absolutely pathetic
I would prefer traveling for 12 hours to see the doctor in person than use this platform.
Need tons of improvement.
Worst app ever. The video consultation of the app does not work. If it was possible I would’ve given negative stars!!!
Buggy app
Can’t make an appointment on the app since the popup box and keyboard keep overlapping. Bad design.
Not able to register
When i try to log in it says this email id it says you have no account with this email pls register. When i try to register it says an account already exists with this email pls click forgot password.

Cant register because every time error showing email id is already registered even after trying different email ids for registration

There seems to be a bug that is failing to register me on the app as every attempt has resulted in app-crash

About Hospital: It is one of the best hospital in India. My mother had Liver Cirrosis and they did really good treatment.

This application has a very good information related to Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in Mumbai. It also has unique featureso f Medicine Reminder, which is much a good help.
Great aap, and first of it kind, kudos!
This is probably the most important aap I have in my arsenal, great look and feel, easy to use and most importantly it has all the information about doctors at your palm. Would be great if the doctor availability by default gets updated on the appointment section as this will help is making the appointment without calling anyone. Also log in with Patient ID would need to be made available or else have to key in name, address, etc every time.
