I don’t like the new app, I wish when you got a notification that the amount was mentioned, this way, I wouldn’t have to go into my account to see what was debited

The app takes too long to update my balance or show on app after making a transaction
My Kearny Bank Experience
When I have a problem with my account, I can always count on the customer reps to help me resolve the issues as fast and correctly as possible. My main branch as well as the customer agent. I love my bank.
Buggy
Works adequately. A few bugs like dead end popups you have to X out of, a pop up menu that is to the right of screen and can’t be viewed. These things should be easy to fix but remain for years.
Always at your fingertips
I am extremely pleased with the ease of use and features of the mobile app.

Overall the app does what it needs to do but is way behind other Banking apps. They can do a whole lot better
