Constant pain having to enter a code
Usable app but constantly having to enter a code when sometimes the system doesn’t work is a pain. If I log into my account I shouldn’t have to wait for another code if I go back in an hour later

Constant glitches, unusable
The app used to be functional but lately I can’t do anything with it. The deposit check function and check deposit history are not working. Then I got an error when I tried to send a message to customer service on the app and the website. Very frustrating.
Buggy
Works adequately. A few bugs like dead end popups you have to X out of, a pop up menu that is to the right of screen and can’t be viewed. These things should be easy to fix but remain for years.

Overall good but should be optional to do MFA if using FaceID. Shouldn’t have to do it all the time

Great bank!!
Terrible app
It never opens on the first try. Sometimes it just buffers and never opens. I use an apple phone. Everything else works. If it wasn’t for the wonderful employees, I would not use that bank.
