This is a bug filled, clunky, unreliable app that should be smooth and dependable. So disappointing when one is a concierge client.

Just installed this App. Clunky. Slow. Not intuitive. There is not even a print button within the App.
No landscape mode, really?
Why not just use MyChart as do most if not many hospitals/ Health Systems?
Certainly with all the talent USC has access to, this should be a far better, easier-to-use and more intuitive.

Poorly designed app
This app is poorly designed and has pretty terrible functionality. Every single part of it needs to be redesigned or better yet replaced with MyChart.

Title speaks for itself. Slow, clunky, barely functions. Who thought this was good enough?

This app which is designed and supposed to help patients to find information about their medical chart is completely useless.

Terrible, terrible app
Slow, extremely confusing to use, if you don’t follow the instructions for a particular entry you have to reenter all of the prior entries. Doctors don’t respond when you ask for prescriptions to be renewed.

Can’t make appointments o send messages because it doesn’t show the name of my doctors. The only thing that is good for it is to show my bills, but without any details.

I've been using iPhone apps for many years, but for the first time, I feel disappointed. The experience has been bad, and I don't understand why they haven't upgraded their service yet. After checking the reviews, it seems like they've had many problems for years. I'm trying to understand, but I can't.
Every time I log in, I'm automatically logged out. Why even recommend downloading it if it's not convenient to use?

Clunky, Slow, Complex
Whenever I open this app, it feels like I’m waiting for paint to dry. It launches, I see 3 screens before I get to their “Home” page which feels dated. The app is clearly designed by someone who works in the medical field who thinks this would be good user interface. Tell me, why are the only two buttons at the bottom Home and Menu? Why aren’t there other options down there? There’s clearly space.
Not to mention there isn’t enough information in the app to help me when I need medicine. When I do look for information, the page loads slowly and the text size is tiny.

App needs a lot of work
Of all the hospital/medical facility apps I’ve used, it’s shocking how much work this one still needs. The UI needs a lot of work, incredibly under unfriendly, it constantly tells me I’ve max’d out the number of Face ID login attempts even though I haven’t tried once, can’t find my doctor to make an appointment, app takes you in circles, takes forever to load, etc.

App no longer functions
App was slow before and has only gotten worse. Now it just doesn’t load anything, and when it does, it’s to tell me that there are no connections. Update the app for crying out loud. It’s been TWO years since the last update??
Useless, Abandoned
Abandoned and useless. Doesn’t work with password managers. No Face ID. Incomprehensible design. Whoever developed this app no longer maintains it, IMO it should be removed from the App Store.
Horrible Application
One my tablet I can’t open anything up. Just one big headache. It opens on my iPhone but you can’t read anything because of the writing. Throw The whole app away and start from scratch

Can no longer sign in to our account with USC as it no longer recognizes our email address???
How is that possible as we have used our email address for 7 years and signed in previously BUT after a February app update On December 12th the app is now useless 🙈
Well done USC (truly) seems like medical malpractice via technology a very growing business for class action lawsuits and lawyers well versed in big pay outs 👏👏

HOW DO I SIGN IN????
I downloaded the app but there is nowhere to creat your account??
Ridiculous.
I downloaded the app. Asks me to sign in. Have no log in credentials; need to create account. No place at all to do that. Just an endless loop of “we don’t have that email”. Deleted and reinstalled app. Same deal. Call customer service. Robot voice says, “your wait will be more than 20 minutes.” I freakin give up
