Wish 1- that the track races dropdown included the type of race & purse.

When you look at the basic view with the odds, what does PL mean? Would be helpful if there was informational pop ups if you hover over a term/header

Paying for past performances.
I have been a long time customer and I think it’s ridiculous that the PPs are not free. As a gambler, I frequently look at PPs and decide not to bet the race. But I bet plenty of races on your app. Maybe you need a level based on monetary bets placed during a period that will allow frequent bettors to have free PPs. Your programmers could figure that out since they figured out how to charge $$ for a past performance.

Deposit accepted instantly but withdraw Payout by check (14 days)
Locked me out of my account and forced me to submit documents after I deposited and played but conveniently right when I asked to withdraw and before I could use my deposit bonus.
Spent an hour trying to reset my password, before support said my account was locked until documents are submitted.
Indian guy on support was unhelpful.
A lot of things will need to change here for me to increase my review.

Slow process.
They’ve changed it to where you have to put your password in each time you open the app. Not a good thing if you are trying to get a bet in at the last second.
Great app
The best part about the app is that you can stay logged in. I’m continuously watching racing and it’s nice to just grab your phone and get a wager in 30 seconds. I have tried other racing apps and basically the race is over by the time you get logged in. Another nice feature is the ability to get representative pace #s and sort them.
