Won’t Stop
Not sure if this is a real or scam app at this point, but I’m upset that I spent money on it. It is blocking people in my contacts and won’t stop even though my subscription is paused. I’m so upset!
Pretty Good
The call guard is great. However the data broker protection doesn’t seem effective at all. I’ve had this a month and not a single bit of my private information seems to have been removed from any data broker sites. So, it’s partially effective at what it advertises.
Needs work
I like the call screening feature. But when I answer a screened call, the call quality is horrible. Even if I allow the caller and they call me back, the quality is bad. I also don’t have the option to use speakerphone.
Additionally, any VMs left from screened calls don’t have the option to use my speakerphone.

Unable to setup
So trying to setup scamgaurd call forwarding I followed the instructions and it was unable to set up. I emailed them and got a response that said they’ll get back to me in 2 days. Mind you this is not a free trial and I’m not getting the product I paid for. On other parts of the app buttons are very slow to respond. The screen isn’t frozen you just gotta tap the buttons a bunch and wait for it to act. There is not a single YouTube video about this product and there needs to be. There should be a 1 week free trial then an offer because how do I know a year is even worth it. This is already super frustrating. Oh and I have the latest iPhone pro max and the latest updates

Unsubscribed
Unsubscribed and deleted my account but it’s still somehow hooked up to my number. My friend said it said keenly when he tried calling me and sent him to voicemail.
Pathetic
All calls get screened whether in contacts or not. Screener setting keeps switching from custom to default on its own causing all calls to be screened. No voicemail option for callers. It just hangs up.
Good app.
It’s a good app if you want an AI iPhone assistant to handle your calls when you’re not available, but please add the option to turn off the time waster for known calls because right now no matter if it’s an unknown caller or known caller, the time waster will still be on
Utter garbage
If you want important calls to get missed, your number leaked on the dark web, and only spam calls to come through THIS is your app.
The “Ai” is as daft as I’ve seen with zero ability to figure out legitimate calls.

What’s the point of blocking the spam calls if Keenly just sends multiple notifications that the call was blocked? Now I’m just getting annoyed by your notification. If I have to decline the call, or swipe your notification off my screen, it’s the same amount of annoying to me. Just block the call and don’t tell me about it. That’s the point. I don’t even want to know the call came in. Waste of money.

Canceling
I’ve had the app for a few days now and, I’m on the trial til the 22nd. Since I’ve had the app my phone calls have been really static sounding on my end. I ask the person on the other end if they can hear me and they can just fine but I can’t understand nothing they are saying. So I’m canceling my device because my phone was not acting like this before so I know it’s the app. If it wasn’t interfering with my call sounds I would have kept it. If it’s fixed during this trial period I may keep it.

Customer Service is non existent
I signed up for this because of obvious reasons. The initial set up went OK. But then I wanted to change my subscription so that I was paying them directly instead of going through Apple subscriptions. Little did I know this was a royal mistake but good that is revealed how substandard their support is. I was unable to register my phone for the Robo calling. I patiently opened up a Support ticket. The person who responded to me a day later literally did not do anything to solve my problem. I find it kind of ironic when you’re dealing with somebody’s identity and all kinds of other issues having to do with finances that your support would be as blasé and vague as this experience was. I’m actually glad it happened because I canceled my subscription after no response back to the very obvious replies and provided screenshots which all concluded that it was their issue to resolve. I guess I just expected more for $100 a year up front!! Most of what they offer anyway you can get for free out on the web. So it’s not like they are actually doing anything for you.

We were not able to get back to you over the weekend and our engineering team just resolved your issue on Monday (yesterday, today is Tuesday). We are also contractually not allowed to have you pay us directly by Apples Rules! You must pay through Apple Subscriptions if that is how you originally paid for Keenly - it's a huge issue that many have sued Apple for, we totally hear your pain!

We All Need This Protection
This app is not only the answer to the barrage of unknown texts and calls we all get and the data thieves that sell our info to others it’s good for a laugh too. I have full faith the Paul the Product Manager of this app is going to take user’s feedback like mine and tweak the app to make it more realistic so that you can turn it off when you are expecting a call from a blocked number etc. You will die laughing when you go to the app where the unknown caller gets screened by your own personal gatekeeper. I called Paul and he had spamguad on and his gatekeeper took the call and asked me what did I want to speak to Paul about. I said I was Bill Gates and I wanted to buy the app for Microsoft. The gatekeeper said “That’s not specific enough of a reason” haha and hung up on me. Not just for personal reasons (full disclosure I do sell advertising for special publications owned by USA TODAY) but there is zero buzz about this app and it needs to be marketed to the right audience. I hope to assist Kikoff (parent owner ) to place an ad that will reach millions of potential users who will be rushing to the App Store to download this app. Once it is improved a bit nothing will work better than this. Ahhh no more spam calls all day long. Peace at last

Doesn’t work
The app developers didn’t get the app to work properly yet. I can’t even get past the very first steps, before the app can do anything.
When I type in my zip code (page 3) it just stalls on this page. Nothing happens no matter how many times you press continue or how long you wait.

No more scam calls - does what it says
Finally no more scam calls. Gets my data off the web and saves a ton of time dealing with spam for my entire family. Really cool to see the ai do its thing

Works as advertised
Was skeptical at first, but it really worked! Got rid of over 100 websites with my information on it.
