Many old issues
This app has issues that have been around for years and sees almost no attention. Never remembers your login and always makes you have to remember or reset your password just to schedule an appointment.
Consistent Quality Service
I’m a weekly regular client. I have had consistent good haircuts from multiple barber/ stylists. Membership and appointment format makes it very convenient for me. Hard to compete/ beat Keep It Cut.
Takes forever to get OTP to reset password
I can’t reset my password because the OTP email takes forever to receive and the screen goes away where I need to enter it
This App is severely broken
Password on iPhone is locked to numeric
Never remembers me even when selecting
Its a good app, got better but it never keeps me logged in like it says when i check the box. Pretty annoying.
Best hair cut place ever!
I love Keep It Cut because the staff are so friendly and they know what they’re doing!
Really the worst
From month to month, this app changes and tends to become worse. It never keeps my password. I always have change it each time I use it. Once in a while, it doesn’t get it right or it just gets bogged down and my appointment doesn’t go through. I usually get frustrated and just call.
Clunky missed opportunity
Frankly, you’d think a company working with a subscription based business model would have a better system. The app is clunky and difficult to use. It doesn’t save information like it should. Just a generally poor user experience. I’ve cancelled my membership solely due to the fact that the app is basically unusable. It’s unfortunate because they have great stylists. But if I can’t reliably set an appointment the whole purpose is defeated.

Not easy to navigate
I’ve been having troubles with this app for the last couple of years. I know they’ve made several modifications, but it’s still not as intuitive or user-friendly as you would want

Super clunky
Great people, great business, terrible app.
This app is clunky, poorly designed, kicks you out of your session unnecessarily, doesn’t load with pertinent past data, and makes scheduling less convenient and timely than just calling in to schedule. Zero stars for the app.
Bad app
Need to log in everytime it doesn’t remember your info even if you click to remember, if you go back you have to start all over
Two simple things that could make this app way better
Been getting haircuts with you guys for about 7 years now and even though the appointment setting has improved i think things could be simpler.
•Allow the option to stay signed in. It’s annoying to be signing in every time, even banking apps let you stay signed in and give the option to unlock with a pin.
•Allow the option to save preferred haircut location, standard haircut, and previous hair stylist.

Terrible App
The stores themselves are fine, but this app is terrible. Looks like it was designed by a high school student in their first year coding class. Why is there 10 different prompts before I can actually book the appointment? Unnecessarily difficult.

Clunky. Needs to be modernized. Shouldn’t have to sign in every time you utilize the app. Should have your preset location as well as who you like as a stylist preset.
App needs work
Love the concept and my stylist. The app needs A LOT of work as does the webpage. UA Testing must have been skipped. It took way longer to figure out and ended up having to use the web version. Wouldn’t find the location based on Zip code and wouldn’t let me sign in or see my future appointment. Had to revert back to the website version.
And WHY, WHY must you click SAVE for not opting in for a wash??? I get you’re trying to get an add on for an extra sale but the experience is horrible.

Great Haircuts, Most Awful App
I’ve been going to Keep It Cut for 6 years now. 6 years of good haircuts and friendly service. 6 years of the most awful and clumsy app, without any improvements. Highly recommend the haircuts and fair price, but the app is a headache to use and they should really do some urgent work on it.
