Simple and efficient
I was looking for a way to keep track of neighborhood connections- names, important details, things to follow up about. I’m impressed by how simple and well organized this is, and how many custom settings there are. I was skeptical about the AI features at first but they work really well!

Kennt ihr das, dass ihr ein tolles Netzwerk habt und vielen Menschen begegnet? Viele nette Gespräche führt und Infos bekommt? Ich hatte immer das Gefühl diesen Menschen nicht gerecht zu werden. Trotz extrem vielen manuellen Aufwänden.

The personal CRM I didn't know I needed
I've tried a dozen contact apps and nothing ever stuck because they all felt like mini Salesforces… way too much overhead just to remember that someone mentioned their kid's soccer tournament. Keep is different. I dictate a quick voice note after a call or a coffee and the AI just... handles it. Pulls out the follow-up, sets a reminder, logs it to the right person. My personal and professional contacts live in the same place and I'm actually staying on top of both. The "sort by who's gone cold" feature alone is worth the subscription. Really well built.

Light CRM for sales rep
I work as a sales representative and have found that it can be difficult to keep track of all of my open leads. The tools available at my company are too heavy for me to quickly and effectively take notes and set up reminders to contact people in the future. I just wanted to have a list of open leads in chronological order of last contact that I could update with a few taps or by speaking to an AI assistant. I thought about vibe coding something myself, but then I found Keep – Personal CRM! This lightweight app does exactly what I need and it does it really well! I simply record a voice note to capture what I spoke with a lead about and say when I want to be reminded for follow up. It works smoothly, and the developer has been super responsive in fixing early bugs and optimizing the interface for ease of use. Well worth my subscription based on the time it saves me! 10 stars!!
