User reviews

The ai version of this awful

It moves so quickly. Nothing like hyperventilating while you’re trying to relax. It can’t pronounce words either.

Response from developer

Hi, I put the pre-recorded content back on the main screen. Hole that works better for you again.

What’s happened?

I used this app for months and now it’s completely changed with irritating Ai voice , no idea of how long the short, medium or long sessions are. I’ve given up. Sorry but it’s not what it was at all

Stop taking subscriptions

The app has stopped taking subscriptions. One you use the trial it is dead.

Response from developer

Sorry about that! I made the app free-to-use while I fix the issue with subscriptions. Please update to the latest version and give it a try. Please email me at bjoern.schefzyk@gmail.com with any issues or feedback.

2 min and 5 min same

I just downloaded the app and originally tried the two minute PMR and then wanted to see the five minute PMR and they were exactly the same. Only works on making fists. Not much of a progressive muscle relaxation session (coming from a healthcare professional)

Response from developer

The sessions cover most body parts, not just the fists. This is a hobby/passion project and I wish I had more time/resources to make this app more comprehensive. 2-stars would have been nice 😉

Well made simple PMR app

This is a very nicely designed app for guided progressive muscle relaxation. It contains 3 programmes of 2, 5 and 10 minute duration with an audio guide which takes you through the PMR exercise. It is well paced and nicely spoken and convenient to use. Yes, there are YouTube videos out there that will do this but I find that a nicely designed self contained app makes for a much more relaxing experience. Recommended!
