Lost photos
This app was great until I got a new phone and lost all my photos when I switched. No way to contact them to get help. Super bummed.
Forgot my password
Forgot my password many months ago. Hit the button “Forgot Password” and still haven’t received an email how to reset password.

Password recovery
The app would be good but I’ve forgotten my password for one of my locked files and there doesn’t seem to be a way to recover it!! It says it will send a password reset to your email account but never does!
What I do I do
I deleted the app years ago for a old girlfriend and now I can’t see anything I saved before
I got a new phone and lost everything
Every thing came across my cloud and when I opened this app I lost everything in it I had saved for years. I have looked on here to contact support directly, because in QA does not address this type of problems. There is no way listed to contact support with my problem.

Delete or lost photos
I purchased a new iPhone recently and transferred all my apps , upon starting my new phone your app would just shut down and now once re downloaded it has erased all my photos and there is no option to contact your company to possibly recover them .
Good but...
Amazing app, needs the ability to delete the “Photos album” folder, The app label also annoys me because it’s too large to fit and it looks messy.

A little upset
It worked just fine...... For a while. Idk what the problem is was but, one day my pictures just disappeared & have yet to reappear!! I just hope they haven't gone anywhere they shouldn't.

great app, but my one gripe is i can’t move or arrange my pictures. the option is there, but it doesn’t work.
Not secure
If your only concern is keeping people on your phone out then this works. But if you plug it into a computer all the photos can be found via iTunes and opened without password
