Use is easy and intuitive. I especially liked how the calendar made it easy to see and return to what was missed at a later date. Messages and notifications were shown quickly.

How to help our brain
I think this app really helps people get in touch with the things that will help our brains. By having a reflective journal along with tasks we can do, we are reminded of the positive habits we can form to better our brains and bodies.
