Scam- if you ever cancel you lose all your kids artwork
They hold you hostage. Your photos are not really yours. Don’t buy this. I couldn’t keep paying for it and now I’m going to lose all my kids pictures. I was expecting to at least keep the photos I paid for. Horrible!

I’m really sorry this felt frustrating. I completely understand how concerning this can feel, especially when it involves your kids’ artwork. Keepbox is a subscription service that includes ongoing cloud storage. We securely store and organize your artwork so it’s backed up and accessible across devices, and that storage has an ongoing cost for us to maintain. Because of that, access to saved artwork requires an active subscription. That said, we never want this to feel unclear or unexpected, and we’re working on making this more obvious upfront. If you’d like help getting access again or have any questions, please reach out to hi@keepboxapp.com. We're happy to help directly and send you a zip of all the artworks.
