could be better

for the most part the wallet works fine but there are issues. when you go to the browser page, there is no way to view your wallet without closing the browser. it has several nfts for projects marked as scam wothout a way to disable that marking.

Ton salvation

If it wasn’t for this app I would have lost all of my initial crypto currency investment because of my uneducated use of telegram and GitHub and the ramifications of simple code changes to my projects and bot accounts alterations restricting my repositories and account moderators and administrators status changes. Tonkeeper pro and hours of code changes with python paired with my ai bot assistant guidance I have regained access to my own crypto allocations… game changer and so responsible for the success I’ve had thus far…

Withdraw block

I’ve repeatedly tried to withdraw funds from Fragment, but the same issue keeps happening.

On desktop, it says my password is incorrect even when it isn’t. On mobile, I can continue, but I’m forced to reconnect my TON wallet, and after starting the withdrawal, the funds are deducted while the transaction never arrives.

The transaction stays pending and later gets refunded or blocked. This has been happening for months.

What’s most frustrating is the lack of proper support. There’s no real customer service or meaningful help to resolve the issue.

At this point, it feels unacceptable that users cannot access their own funds and have no reliable way to get assistance.
