My KEF LS50 wireless 1st gen sound great but wifi connectivity is a big problem. They just refuse to connect to Wi-Fi. The only way I have then reliably find and connect to the wifi is connecting them to my router with an ethernet cable. Then find them on the local network and go to their local IP address in a web browser. There is a section here where you can fill the Wi-Fi name and password and save it. Once done, they connect flawlessly and work justice as intended. No more issues. Hope you find joy in these wonderful speakers.

Tout simplement mauvais. Connexions laborieuses de mes LSX II. L’AirPlay fonctionne une fois sur 5. Le système est perdu avec Spotify. J’ai l’impression de manipuler un Minitel. Totalement indigne d’une marque comme KEF.
Ça ne marche pas
Mes enceintes ne sont pas reconnues, aucun son ne sort. Service client inexistant. Le pire achat de ma vie.

Il y a deux métiers différents, faire des enceintes (très bonnes) et des applis… qui devraient suivre mais malheureusement on est plus proche du bas bas de gamme

je pensais acheter un produit de qualité, c'est très moyen, les KEF, L. S. 50, et le pire ce sont des applications KEF Control et KEF Connect, qui sont complètement à la ramasse, et il n'y a pas de sav c'est le pire. pas ces cochonneries là.

Hilarious amount of issues
KEF sound is blissful, truly. Sad thing is it’s ALL negated by a horrendous app experience across their products. AVOID KEF at all costs. Never buying kef again. Their support is also useless.

Die Verbindung mit Bluetooth und WLAN funktioniert fast nie. Ganz selten geht es mal … dann wieder nicht.
Die App findet nichts und in den Bluetooth-Einstellungen ist ne Koppelung auch nicht möglich.
„Neustes“ Update, resetet, … hilft alles nix.
Geht also nur über den popligen 3,5 Klinke.
Absoluter Fehlkauf !!!
Verkaufen kann man den Müll auch nicht, ohne andere zu beschei … 👎

Doesn’t connect
I’ve given up with KEF. Their apps don’t connect with the speakers. Their speakers don’t connect with WiFi. If I do manage to connect the WiFi the speakers fail to show on my devices.
A real shame as the speakers sound fantastic.
Surely KEF could outsource the apps and wireless connections to a third party that knows what it’s doing?
