Useful app but Performance is slow, and overall optimization feels poor

The app is useful, but the experience is frustrating.
It logs out after every update and even after short inactivity. Performance is slow, and overall optimization feels poor.
Please focus more on stability and user experience rather than just adding new features.

No option to remove profile photo

Everything’s fine but there is no option to remove my profile picture. Never came across such thing. Please add this feature and I’ll give you a 5 star review right away.

Can’t login

This app can’t send OTP to my email address. I have been suddenly logged out from the app and no matter how many times I try, I don’t get the OTP. Now my account is locked for 4 hrs. The website doesn’t have anything to send a feedback to or talk to someone. It’s like they just created this product then forgot. How am I supposed to login if I don’t receive the OTP?

Not able to login using any option, keeps loading

I’ve just updated KEKA app in my iPhone 13 with 17.6.1 iOS version on 8th January 2026, since then not able to login. I’ve tried all the options but after getting and entered the OTP it keeps loading and not opening the home page. The loader stays forever. Please kindly help to resolve this as soon as possible. As I need to operate some functions in KEKA for my organisation.

Not able to login

For the past few weeks, the login has not been working on the app. I enter my organization email, followed by the password and captcha. After that, the app asks for an OTP sent to either my email or phone number. I have tried both options, one at a time, but after entering the OTP, it redirects me back to the login page with the error: “Unable to initiate login.”

WORST & IRRITATING

I have been forced to used this buggy app for last 8 months and till date there is not a single day where this app isn’t being a night mare for me. So many bugs and issue like after providing all the necessary locations related permission with precise tracking as well still it is not able to detect my correct location and this app is also a battery killer in so many ways. Keeps on tracking your location even when you have checked out, sneaking into your private life.

Constant Freezing & Lag

Every time I try to complete a simple task, it either lags or gets stuck, forcing me to restart it. I've tried reinstalling and updating, but nothing seems to fix the problem. It's incredibly frustrating, and honestly, a waste of time.
Until the developers fix these performance issues. Avoid it unless you enjoy dealing with constant bugs and slow performance!

Better user experience and customer support.

I have used other HRMS in my previous organisation compared to them this more refined and user friendly!

Minimalist and clean app and great support!

I was encountering issues with the app and had put in a feedback. The support team and their turnaround time to fix those issues was impeccable! They resolved the issues and have followed up with me regarding the same, multiple times. Huge shoutout to their entire team!
