Hardly ever accurate
I have no idea who is charge of this site but it needs SO MUCH improvement. I used to use and count on this sites accuracy. Now, I go to another site for my info. I hope this site improves because it’s rating are not acceptable. Please, KELO, get it together and make this site a priority!

Let put ads first so we can have safety last. Anyone needing to know the weather right now, well just spend $5 on a paid app, pick any $5 app it’ll be better than this. Even Apples own free app tells me vital information (warnings) about 2 minutes before this app does. Not to mention that they made this a pain to use, hit play on the radar then move the map it stops then you have to hit play again and if you want to move the map you have to keep playing this game, and that’s after waiting for the lower ads banner to load since that’s the most important thing to show everyone.

Wrong lightning warnings constantly
I use this app often but I am always getting alerts for lighting within my current location when the sky’s are clear for 100 miles. It’s just been this year. I’ve tried to check my settings but it’s annoying to always have to wonder if a storm is popping up and there is absolutely nothing.

Need to wait through adds to see if storms are coming??
Used to love this app. I had multiple locations set up so that my home, work, and favorite campgrounds to make sure we stayed safe. Suddenly, there are adds?!?! So now I get a notification of storm watches/warnings and open the app for more details. But I have to wait through adds to see if we are in imminent danger?!?!? Shouldn’t this app be for preparing people for severe weather potential—sometimes minutes, even seconds count when there are storms coming. Adds are definitely taking this app out of the mix when it comes to safety.

What happened!
I have 3 locations and can, well I should say used to be able to swipe over to a different one to see the weather in that location. Absolutely does not work anymore and it’s up to date! Very disappointed and now looking for another app.
The whole app is worthless
I wouldn’t recommend kill a land up to anybody because half the time it’s completely wrong even if you got your location service and everything else on

No landscape mode on iPad
I had deleted this app when it was downgraded to no longer work in landscape view on the iPad. I checked back this morning and downloaded it again to see if it had been fixed. Unfortunately, it still does not work in landscape view on my iPad. So, I give up. Deleted the app again. So frustrating.

Doppler images disappear without a force quit.
After viewing the radar page and then closing the app, the Doppler image no longer appears when I reopen. I can still see lightning indicators, and other weather data. If I force quit the app and then reopen, then the Doppler images return. This has been a problem for at least a year.
app bloat!!! Takes more storage space and requires deletion to clear bloat!
Please find a fix.
Needs Fixing
With the latest updates, the satellite view is missing. That’s not so bad, but the big problem is that it will not rotate on the iPad from Vertical to Horizontal. That’s almost enough for me to unload this app. Please fix it.

Bad update
This app used to be a joy to use, it was beautiful and simple. Now it looks like all the other watered down white background ugly weather apps. Unnecessarily complicated to use. I am very unhappy with the update.
Hate changes
I don’t use my phone for tons of apps so changing your layout to only portrait totally cancels my interest in this app. I HAD it on my iPad and basically use landscape… I’m not going t9 be flipping my device back and forth just for you weather… it’s now .. FirstAlertWeather.
Ruined the satellite for me
Blank white map. No option to change it to satellite view. Worked really good before the update. I’ll have to find another app that does what this one once did. If it’s not broke don’t fix it.

New look
I haven’t made sure all of the features work in the new design but the look has something to be desired. Mostly I don’t like the white background. I liked the old way. It’s so bright on the eyes. Can we get a dark mode?
