This app is very helpful.

This would be a pretty good app, unfortunately, once you enter a prescription , you cannot ever delete it. I’ve got 5 or 6 of the same prescription name because once it expires and the Doc writes a new one, the old prescription # is useless and stays there forever. Even deleting the app and reloading it doesn’t work.
Couple months later and now the stupid thing won’t even work. One of the worst apps ever. In fact, if you can avoid Kelsey Seybold completely you should go with slightly more expensive open enrollment options. With Kelsey, you get less than what you pay for.

System is always down
Though I’m new to Kelsey-Seybold, I’ve found them to be really advanced with patient-orientated web and mobile apps - except for this one. I just enrolled in this app but have not been able to log on. If I find I’ve done something wrong or the problem gets fixed, I’ll update this review.
Impossible to reset password or user id ha
I have tried to reset my password- with so many - I pressed the "I forgot my password" this takes you to choose you security questions- granted if I forgot my password chances are I also forgot the security questions- needless to say I was not successful- it tells you either your user ID or password is incorrect-? What happen to using the email address- well after 45 minutes I finally gave up. Not happy
