Order error
Almost impossible to order anything. Every time I try to place an order it says that there is an error and to call the restaurant. You call them and they say there’s nothing they can do. I’ve tried different accounts, payment methods,devices, and even different locations, same result. It seems that this has been going on for years and they have never bothered to fix it. There’s no point in having the app if it cannot fulfill the one thing it’s supposed to do.

You need to fix your app, it consistently says “oops something’s gone wrong on our end please call the restaurant” when trying to check out. It’s been doing this for at least 6 months!!

There are lotta apps out there, but I have to say this one takes the cake. It is so easy for me to order my fish and chips from Kelsey’s and to apply my CAA discount. I wish all apps for this amazing.

I was in the other day and was served by the wonderful Jenn! She is always smiling, laughing and interacting with her customers. While we were there it was pretty steady and I noticed how she can most definitely multitask many things and tables and still made sure we had our food in a timely manor and also our drinks. Will definitely return and sit in Jenn's section.

Dessert
I was hoping to see the chocolate lava cake in the desserts menu in the app. I usually order it via phone for take out and warm it up in a microwave at home with the ice cream in a separate container.

App Never Puts Orders Through
For some reason, I can never place an order to any Kelsey’s using the app. It always tells me to call the store.
Doesn’t matter what time I try and use the app, it just never goes through.
It would be cool to use the app instead of calling everytime I want to place a take out order.

Efficiency with Flavour
I’m impressed with the APP and how efficient and streamlined. The service and food are always above expectations.
Why can’t I just look at menu?
Why do I need to put in a time to pick up or have a delivery just to look at the menu? Let me look at it directly without needing to do other stuff. Sometimes people want to see the menu in order to decide where to eat.

Easy to use
The app is easy to use however, I am unable to add my Scene+ card to the app - hope this gets fixed.
Facebook sign in doesn’t work
Can’t sign into the app. I can only order using the website because the Facebook login doesn’t work.
App Always Shows Closed
I ordered a month ago and the app listed the restaurant as closed even it wasn’t. Tried ordering again a month later still shows the restaurant as closed when it isn’t.

Super easy to use…and prices are cheaper than skip the dishes pick up!
Cannot pay with credit card online no matter which one.
This happens every time I try to place an order online. When I go to add my payment, I get a message to call the restaurant because something went wrong. All of my cards are saved on the app, so I don’t know what the problem is. I end up placing my order over the phone and then have go in to pay…which with Covid we are trying to avoid. There is no problem paying with my credit card at the restaurant, so why online? I ENJOY THE FOOD, BUT HATE THE APP!!! My rating is for the app. Please fix or remove the app. It’s very frustrating.
