The app works but
The app works which is the most important but there’s so many UI issues that is not optimized for iPhone. Couldn’t close popups
Deposit issue
Tried to deposit, it allows me to enter bank, however when I tried to approve secure from the bank. The moment I reopen the apps, it goes back to the home page. Kindly review on the issue. I'm using iOs.

Not Their Target Market
We’re just not their target market and they too focused on kdiGo which is another buggy app. If you are doing 6-7 digit transaction you won’t do it on mobile anyway. Us poors have to deal with this like potholes on roads
bugs not fixed
the latest update did not fix the bug on the maybank2u integration. the page was broken whenever i tried to topup. pls fix this asap. it affects my confidence in this app

to the devs: there’s this bug in iOS where after i’ve topped up with maybank2u and return to kdi app to verify that i’ve confirmed the secureTAC pop up, the page to confirm it disappears. if i go into my recent apps gallery then i can see it but when kdi is my current opened app then the screen disappears. eventually i have to just stop the app, and the transaction will be posted as pending. after a while it’ll update as success. this is so annoying because i have to check the next day to make sure it went through. it wasn’t like this before. can u pls fix this thanks ):

Terrible app. Slow
Slow and bad UI. Who designed this?
Impossible to register
This app is in major need of overhaul. I cannot even make it through the registration. I’ve tried more than 5 times to scan my IC and my face and every time it has kicked me out. And it doesn’t help that it takes forever to upload as well.
Make this more user friendly!
No face login, app lagging, app error logging in, omg. I would think I have been scammed if not my friends vouching for this.
Waste of time
I’ve been using KDI Invest for a few years. My assets have increased at times, but it often ends up investing in a way that leads to losses rather than growing wealth. Losses happen more frequently than profits, so it feels like a waste of time. If you make a profit, I suggest withdrawing it and not wasting time.

The app is bad
Yep its bad, the developer need to improve the app, its unstable, crash easily, and doesnt allow me to fill in the some questionaire during registration. I have to submit the registration 8 times before finally succeeded.
Face Verification Issue
Developer better look into the registration process. Always can’t verify my face. KDI Go on the other hand no issue.
Performance issue, bad UI/UX
It looks like the app is just a wrapper for the web app. Alerts popping up, takes at least 10 seconds after closing it to load the dashboard. Clicking bottom navigation takes time to load. What for having an app if it’s just a web app wrapper?
Doesn’t instill confidence
The app experience feels clunky and lack design and engineering effort … I am not confident to put my money here despite having higher return … please improve your engineering (and security) team to make me confident to move my capital here …
Improve the UI and UX
the app is very lag, might need to improve every interface loading time. The user experience is not very good.
Useless app
It’s been 1 hour and i still cannot upload my id to complete the registration.
App is lag and please provide Face ID to login
The app is so lag, want to open it or press anything always need to loading. Right now many apps can login by Face ID, as specially banking app, got money inside must be double protection, cannot simply get the password to login like social media app.
Anyway thank you for the 4% interest and update interest everyday, this is why I choose this better that FD.
