improvements needed
pretty unimpressed with this service. the app performs only slightly better than the website, chiefly in that you can access your carte de tiers payant there. i do not want to have to download an app to be able to do the most basic function of the mutuelle. literally just email me the carte de tiers payant as a pdf. or better yet as a physical card in the mail. the response times are slow, and half of my medical expenses are not automatically included here even when they are logged with the assurance maladie. the last thing i want to do when i’m sick is try to upload documents here.
