Stupid loop
Ised to be able to run my ac bought last year with the Kenmore Smart app. Now that app doesn't give u the option to pair a/c's.
Google search tells me I have to download the kenmore app. However when prompted to do so, it loops me back to the Kenmore smart app! So smart feature of my 1 year old a/c now useless!

Bring back the old ac app
This app is horrible it crashes everyone I try to use it. I can’t even add my ac. It just crashes. I can’t control my ac anymore or set timers. The old app was great.

Extremely disappointing
This App is useless. You can’t log in, it won’t connect to my air Conditioner like the old App. You can’t use it at all. PLEASE FIX THIS ! I feel like I’m being totally ignored.

You guys need to get it together! When you say the Kenmore app do you mean the Kenmore Smart App? Because if you do maybe you should state that? But if I wron and there is an app that is named “Kenmore“ you may want to get it on the App Store!!!
Cannot get new app
My app stopped working on my iPhone . I looked it up in the App Store and it says I now have to download the Kenmore app. Search for that and all I can find is another Kenmore smart app.
It will not let me download it because it says I have to have iOS 11
Which I can't get my phone has not been able to update to a newer iOS it's stuck on 9.3.2
This is very aggravating since I purchased this brand ac so I could control it before I get off of work.

Fix it please!
The app only works one day, and doesn’t work anymore. Please fixed it.
App doesn’t work at all to schedule or turn on unit
App worked some for the first couple of months. About once per week the scheduled time to start didn’t work. It now not only won’t run the schedule it won’t even turn the unit on. Don’t buy this product if you want to use the app. I rated one star only because the unit cools well but even then it sounds like a jet.

Ok...
The app does an adequate job of allowing you to control your A/C, but it makes you log in after a couple of days. This is a huge drawback when you are quickly trying to turn on an appliance. At least make it so that you can use Touch ID or Face ID to unlock it. Please fix this

I bought the AC for the wifi functionality. It worked for a little while, now no longer works. They don’t care that it doesn’t work.
Tired of Wasting My Time with this App
This App is terrible, I’ve tried getting it setup on multiple devices. I get to the point where it is supposed to send an email verification and nothing happens.

Almost a week and don’t work at all. Mmmm. I installed and uninstalled around 10 time from apple store and. Create a account from this app and never verify my email at all. Please Kenmore fix this issue

If it’d only work
Great app, if it would only work. Paid extra money for the “smart” feature this ac offers and it so happens that the app worked for a grand total of… one week. Deleted the app, reinstalled, signed out of the account, deleted and added the device (ac) several times… nothing worked.

Just got a new24,000btu ac. I tried to create an account. I keep getting a message saying it didn’t work quite right. Please try again. What else am I suppose to try?

I spent extra money on this unit for the smart app and being able to control it remotely. This might be the worst app I’ve ever downloaded. Doesn’t work at all. I’m not sure how this company gets away with this false advertising.
Poor performance
constantly freezing or not working. purchased A/C may 2018 im using an iphone 8. I would say the app works 1/2 the time. no rhyme or reason when or why it will go down
