Stupid loop

Ised to be able to run my ac bought last year with the Kenmore Smart app. Now that app doesn't give u the option to pair a/c's.
Google search tells me I have to download the kenmore app. However when prompted to do so, it loops me back to the Kenmore smart app! So smart feature of my 1 year old a/c now useless!

Bring back the old ac app

This app is horrible it crashes everyone I try to use it. I can’t even add my ac. It just crashes. I can’t control my ac anymore or set timers. The old app was great.

You guys need to get it together! When you say the Kenmore app do you mean the Kenmore Smart App? Because if you do maybe you should state that? But if I wron and there is an app that is named “Kenmore“ you may want to get it on the App Store!!!
