Cannot login, sign up or retrieve password. Horrible customer experience. Kensington also overcharges and doesn’t disclose pricing for yours.

Tried to sign up but could never get a password to get into app! At least their tours r great!

Completely useless app. Can not even log in. I hope our tour is better run than this pitiful app.
Can’t get password
App cannot be entered because it does not accept password, and does not permit password to be changed (it says it will email a link to change password, but email is never received. Flawed and not helpful.
Can’t get my password
Tried to log on to see my trip details. It doesn’t give the option to set up a password. When you put in that you forgot your password it never emails you a link. Useless!!!
