Doesn’t work at all

Everything I try to borrow says in use when it clearly shows multiple copies are available

Card in my phone

This is worth having the scannable card number alone. I don’t remember the last time I had my physical card with me.

No items due alerts

Never shows items due or due soon in app. Also to note, the texting platform does not send items due soon messages, just items overdue!

Used to be great

The app used to be great; very useful and easy to use. However, within the last week or so the app has been performing poorly. Rarely loads and often shows an error message. Trying to submit a request for app support has been frustrating as it tries to go to the website, which also has been acting up. When it works, it’s great, but when it doesn’t I can’t access my card digitally, can’t check to see what I have out, and can’t check when things are due.

Hard to sign in

App sends you back to the website to log in. The website wouldn’t allow me to find my account or make a new one and directed me then to talk to the library. Ended up buying the book I wanted on Amazon rather than deal with all this headache
