Needs major improvements

This app is not easily navigated. You can not pay your bill on the app out use it successfully for anything other than access to your insurance card.

Needs more function

If you compare farm bureau’s app to the competition it’s pretty low tech and doesn’t provide much value. Keep working towards a model like USAA.

Excellent Service

We have used KFB for 35 years. They have responded every time we had a need, when having insurance counts. Excellent service. Would recommend highly.

Won’t let me spilt my bill!

I attempted to pay my share before the due date, but the system consistently rejects my payment attempts. Consequently, we are incurring surcharges and credit card charges.
