Needs more function
If you compare farm bureau’s app to the competition it’s pretty low tech and doesn’t provide much value. Keep working towards a model like USAA.
Excellent Service
We have used KFB for 35 years. They have responded every time we had a need, when having insurance counts. Excellent service. Would recommend highly.
Won’t let me spilt my bill!
I attempted to pay my share before the due date, but the system consistently rejects my payment attempts. Consequently, we are incurring surcharges and credit card charges.
Membership
Just extra money to send people on trips that doesn’t need to go and pay for another dinner for a meeting
Rates
We left State Farm because they were going to increase our insurance by $1300/yr. Came to KFB and they were able to give us the same rate we were used to paying. Until we hit the year mark. It has been steadily increasing. We’ve never used our insurance at KFB. Not sure why it’s going up but it’s almost $500 more than when we started with them.

Everyone is super nice and cares about your account. Natalie is great and always tries to take care of anybody who walks in the door.
Online billing
Ever since went to online billing/app the are wanting 2-3 month payments. I’ve had to call each month
Difficult
The website is difficult to maneuver. If I want to quickly jump on and pay my bill it’s a nightmare. I am not interested in the other links or information available. In particular I’m referring to paying as a guest. It’s difficult to get to the page. Log in and making my payments is simple.
Fantastic App
This app gives me simple access to my account along with my member benefits, farm markets, and news. The latest update has made everything even better!
Need some new update or work in the App
When I first opened this app, I liked, but eventually I didn’t like it, every time I get into the app I have ti log in again in my account and I been having problems paying my insurance, I need help from a family member who is in the same insurance to paid since I tried many time but the app just don’t let me access to it.

Practically useless
Shows notification but when you open the app nothing. My autopay messed up & I drove with no insurance, no notification.

Please fix user annoyance
Your app does what it needs to do. But I need to point out that your programming work to allow faceID login is all screwed up by the captcha on the login screen. And you don’t seem to notice that using my faceID is proof I am not a robot.

Original version was better
Absolutely hate this version , the original version was so much better. More user friendly! You could see a payment schedule. A Due date & amount even if nothing is due at the time
Does not work
As soon as I log in, it immediately logs me out. I have called and have not received any assistance in getting it fixed.
