Residents can pre-approve visitors, manage QR gate passes, submit and track maintenance tickets, book amenities, manage vehicles and household staff, view community updates, and access privacy controls from one mobile app. Security guards can scan visitor and staff QR codes, manage walk-in visitors, record check-ins and check-outs, switch assigned gates, and track guard activity. Service providers can view assigned work, manage availability, use a digital ID card, and track attendance. Community administrators can verify users, manage residents and staff, monitor gate activity, manage amenities and bookings, assign service tickets, publish announcements, and review reports.
