Able to log in but not able to make payment via app, was kick out when click to make payment. No miss, every time click to make payment will be kick out from apps

Make payments Problem
Once go to the payment page and click make payment ,it will be hang and then disappear ,cannot pay online by app
Archaic & disgracefully lousy app
For such an established and profitable company like Keppel, this app is disgustingly and disgracefully lousy! Making payment is so painfully slow and ineffective, and the app works and feels like it was developed in the 80s. All the staff who worked on this app and definitely the final approver should be lined up in a row for a firing squad! SHAMEFUL FOR KEPPEL!

Can’t see credit balance
My new replacement card was billed twice and so had a surplus. The following month there was another deduction. Why aren’t we able to see our credit balance?
