Delayed Delivery
I don’t like the fact the tracking of delivery is not available, because of some freelancing delivery person is dealing with the delivery. It take 2 hours for the food to be delivered!

We made the order 2hrs ago and the payment went thru. After calling the service understand there was a glitch in the response back. Not first time this is happening.

Best app for Kerala food delivery in Singapore
I have been using Kerala eats for over a year. This is one of the best apps for food delivery. On other competitor food delivery apps the options to get food delivered from Kerala restaurants were very limited and I used to arrange for pickup myself.
