Delayed Delivery
I don’t like the fact the tracking of delivery is not available, because of some freelancing delivery person is dealing with the delivery. It take 2 hours for the food to be delivered!

We made the order 2hrs ago and the payment went thru. After calling the service understand there was a glitch in the response back. Not first time this is happening.

Best app for Kerala food delivery in Singapore
I have been using Kerala eats for over a year. This is one of the best apps for food delivery. On other competitor food delivery apps the options to get food delivered from Kerala restaurants were very limited and I used to arrange for pickup myself. Once I started using Kerala eats it’s been a great experience overall - access to more restaurants, easy payment options, timely hassle free delivery process and prompt customer support too.

Excellent platform

I have used kerala eats for a few times now. Everytime the dishes were authentic and delivered on or even before time. Payment was smooth as butter! Theres no other place I would look when I crave kerala or even other variety north Indian dishes ! Kudos!

Best app for all types of food
Great authentic Kerala foods which feels like our home , but the additional thing is they have given for northern Indian and European cuisines options which helps to discover more. It would be more helpful if the delivery charge would be reduced it will be icing on the cake

Ordered from a fave Kerala food place for lunch today, one that doesn’t deliver through any other app. Overall good UI on the app, including smooth payment flow. Delivery happened earlier than they had committed which was also great. Will certainly order through the app again.

As the name says, the app focuses primarily on restaurants which serves kerala food . I have been a customer from their starting stage and the app have improved a lot from how it started. It would be great if some kind of subscription plans are introduced.
Best app for Kerala food !
We had lot of food delivery apps but for us malayalis there was no one!!That is till Kerala Eats started offering food from paradise and premaas and all other Kerala restaurants in SG (yay). Granted there were a few issues with the app initially (which seem to be fixed now) but looking beyond that, the app has been a godsend! Now it’s my go to app when I am craving my mallu fix :)

Keeps going on a loop with a notification that the version is not updated and then to the App Store. Not possible to get out of the loop to access the app!!??
