App seems to have a lot of bugs
I get this app to work properly maybe 50% of the time, so I rarely get to use or earn rewards. I brace for something to go wrong every time. Really frustrating. Today, the error message I when I hit checkout is "Error validating basket ." Tried to troubleshoot several times and finally called the restaurant to orderWaste of my time.

Needs Improvement
Placed an online order for pickup in the app - I am a loyalty rewards member and my order was missing the Toast that came with the “Kirby Kickstart” it also said ready in 25 minutes so I arrived on time & had to wait 10 minutes past my pickup time when the restaurant was empty … not sure if the kitchen was just having a bad since this is not how things usually go at Kirby Lane? … but the food I did get was delicious as usual & the staff is always friendly!

A little buggy
They forgot an item I paid for, but I have no way of informing them after the fact except going all the way back to the restaurant. I wish we could give feedback within the app itself.
I also wish I could deselect butter and syrup for pickup orders, because I have those at home, but it forces you to "select" them because the checkboxes aren't optional.

Incorrect Pricing & Difficult to Pay
First of all, please let me buy queso without the chips. I don’t always need a whole bag of tortilla chips and I want the option to pay for queso without the addition of chips.
Secondly, this app adds an extra .25 or .50 cents to certain side items for entrees that it doesn’t add to others. The prices don’t always add up the same if I were to eat-in.
Tried the gift card option - wouldn’t let me pay with both the gift card and the debit card. On top of that, I closed and reopened the app to find the same gift card added 4x to the account with no option to delete the gift card. Also, still wouldn’t let me use my credit card to pay the excess amount after the gift card.
Lots of issues with this app, and the no/yes utensils option does nothing. I always put no utensils and yet, they’re always included. I can’t see what my rewards are, and I don’t like that there is a qualifying minimum amount I have to hit to earn rewards. I am one person, and sometimes my food is just under that $15 minimum. Doesn’t seem like it’s a fair set up.
Rework the rewards system and rework the app. Would give it one star, but the food quality deserves its own star.

Great Rewards, Some Flaws
I am trying to remember to use the app when I order so I get the club perks. Overall it’s easy to navigate and the photos make it easy to choose food.
Here are the things I wish they would improve:

Absolute junk app
This app is trash. It will not accept any credit or debit card number I enter. I spent 30 minutes trying to get this to work only to have to call the store to place the order, and then find out that it’s going to be an additional 45 minute wait. I WANT MY TIME BACK. App also wants to know my location all the time. Get absolutely rekt Kerbey Lane. I will never overpay for mediocre diner food again. Too bad you didn’t go out of business instead of Threadgills.

Always wrong
It’s like they don’t see or read the preferences selected in the app. I get the same order every time and it is ALWAYS wrong. EVERY SINGLE TIME.

I often order food on this app because I love Kerbey Lane, however the KL I go to often (4 out of 5 times) gets my order wrong or misses stuff. I agree with someone else here who said there should be feedback on the app or allow us to tip AFTERWARDS. I live 10 miles away and by the time I get home and check it I realize it’s not worth the effort to go back.

I love supporting this Austin original! Of course the delicious food makes it easy:). The app makes accomplishing these two easy and fun.
Need to be able to submit order feedback
Omelette was ice cold , coffee was Luke warm, pancakes were also cold. Curbside order was 20 minutes late, seems they made it and forgot about, had to throw out the eggs and coffee. Very disappointed, might be a long while before I try Kerbey Lane again.
Unknown errors
I cannot even get logged on. I have tried my email and Kerbey card number. Neither allow me to retrieve password. Have uninstalled and re-installed. Am really disappointed as I eat at Kerbey at least once a week and loved the former loyalty program.
Feedback
The app needs a spot for feedback on your order. Calling the store does no good. Example: an item was left off our order. A feedback section could report this easily and the business can then rectify with a credit or points etc.
This app is terrific.

Useless - unless you're browsing
Used the app to get on the list before leaving home (New Year's day). The restaurant told me to use the Yelp app to get on the list. They were nice enough to put me at the top.
Map directions took me to spot in 'city' not to the location.

Does not work very well!
It asked for the location of my choice when creating the account but a different location is listed on my account. Every time I clip on the location button the software just spins like it is trying to decide what to do. That is as far as I have gotten with this app. Worthless!
Nothing good to say
Oh look, Pancake of the Week ... from 9 months ago. App doesn't remember my store location when I pull up the menu (so why did you ask me that when I signed up?). But the good news is that the app lets me take an Uber to Kerbey Lane. Seriously, did anyone even look at this before publishing?
