I’m loving this app. The meals are very tasty and can easily be changed for an alternative one. I also love that I’m shown what to eat to stay in ketosis.

Great app great recipes and lost weight
Brillant app - endless recipes for every taste, diet and allergy. Adaptable recipes if you need something quick or have a bit more time - I don’t have to think about what to eat the app tells me. Can also make same meals for my family! Best eating plan I’ve found

Keto cycle app
Great app for anyone who is serious about losing weight. They provide you with a custom made weekly meal plan based on your own choice of proteins. It also provides you with your macro counts and enables you to create a shopping list to support your meal plan. This alleviates a lot of the burden if one was to track all their macros on their own. You also have the choice to change a meal if you do not agree with a particular recipe or ingredient. Choosing this diet and in particular this app has been a life altering decision and it could do the same for you if you commit yourself to this program!!!

Finally! A useful plan.
Began May 1 and I’ve finally conquered my processed food addiction. Keto Cycle has delicious recipes that are simple and filling. You look at the small portion and think it’s not enough but it almost always is. Easy adjustments for taste, budget and time and so versatile you just touch “change” and options appear. I’ve lost 18 pounds and have 3 to go. My husband is also on the plan I just double his portion.

This app is a game changer
I’m a business owner and mom, and this makes eating keto so easy! I’m also pescatarian, so having the ability to choose the things I like to eat, how much time I have to prepare food (um, barely any time haha) and having NOT ONLY customized meals made but a SHOPPING LIST! It’s the best thing I’ve found! I won’t shut up about it and tell everyone I know. If you’re new to keto, this will be your new bestie to help you learn everything you need to know, if you’re experienced with keto, this is such an amazing tool!

Excellent app
Wow, I felt better within 24 hours of starting this cycle, the heartburn and bloating has gone and I’m already on the road to a much healthier life, can’t wait to see where I am in a months time
Horrible app
Absolutely horrible app. Terrible recipes and useless information. EXTREMELY expensive for the garbage you get for it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
Don’t do it! Billed for over a year after trial.
Begin trial at your own risk. If you do not cancel or forget to cancel, they will continue to collect your money every 6 months nonstop. Then they will cite their fine print policy about cancellations. Mind you I didn’t want refunds from previous two charges just the recent one when I discovered it. Nope. Their response was dismissive. They canceled and told me app was available for next 6 months.

Awesome!
I love how easy and simple this plan works. It takes the guesswork out. The only complaint I have is that you don’t really learn for yourself how to put a plan together. I hope it comes after you have lost what weight you want to lose.

Easy & it works!!
I have enjoyed the food, the recipes that make Keto Cycle easy to use! Weight loss has been excellent and I don’t feel like I’ve had to work hard at it. Highly recommend Ket Cycle!

Canceled a year ago
Never logged into, requested cancellation because someone else ordered on my credit card. I quickly replied with a request to cancel, not a refund, just cancel the transaction, and be done with it. A year later you charge my credit card without notice. Now my card has been charged for $66.00 twice!!! For $132.00 through PayPal. I have filed fraud charges through my bank and through PayPal.
