Play your own holes online The big one: the holes you build in the editor can now be used in an online match. Open Play a friend, choose Pick holes, and your creations are the first thing in the list. The hole itself travels with the match, so your opponent doesn't need to import anything or update anything. They see your course as Hole 1, Hole 2 and so on, and nothing gets added to their library. You can mix your own holes with the built-in ones in the same round. Sharing holes actually works now Copy no longer lies to you. Tapping Copy on a share code really does put it on your clipboard, and if anything stops it, the code is selected for you and the app says so instead of claiming success. Importing is far more forgiving. Paste a code with a message wrapped around it, with line breaks through the middle, or in quotes, and it still imports. Before, a friendly "here you go, enjoy!" on the end was enough to make it fail. Your progress stays put Created holes, coins, unlocks, best scores and settings are now saved properly. Previously they survived until you quit the app and were gone the next time you opened it. Anything you build from now on is kept. Online play fixes When it becomes your turn while you have the app open, you can now take it. Turns used to arrive but leave you looking at a board you couldn't putt on until you force-quit and reopened. Matches waiting for a player are no longer listed as finished. Starting a quick match or inviting a friend, taking your shot and going back to the menu used to show the game as over when nobody had quit. Those matches now appear correctly under Your turn or Waiting on them, and the turn badge counts them. Quick match reuses the game you already have open instead of quietly starting a second, invisible search. Tapping a notification for a waiting turn now opens that match. A match that is genuinely broken says so and offers to remove itself, rather than sitting on Opening forever. Stability Fixed a crash that could close the app when starting a match, and could then keep closing it on launch. The game also recovers on its own now if the display ever goes blank instead of leaving you with a dead screen. Smaller things Confirmations, resign prompts and text boxes behave like they should. The match list no longer redraws underneath your finger, so a tap that lands during a refresh still counts. Thanks for playing. If something misbehaves, tell us what you were doing when it happened.
