Billed for the yearly subscription of $50 can’t access the app says I don’t have an account even though the money came out of my bank account. 10 out of 10 would not recommend. Do not waste your money.

Misinformation
The app leads you to believe that you can start your car and unlock it but only certain cars are available for starting with digital keys. I signed up for an annual subscription and app didn't tell my car was not eligible.

Constantly disconnecting from my vehicle and/or asking me to relink or login again to my account. Analytics and Service tabs don’t work.
Very Disappointing!!
I downloaded this app and paid for a subscription just to find that it just does not have all of the features it says it has! I linked my EV and it has the information totally incorrect such as the mileage and the range on the battery. And in nowhere in this app, am I able to check the status of open windows, climate control, starting the EV or turning it off. This was a complete waste of money!!
