This app does not work on 2 of my 3 vehicles although repeated attempts have been made to make it work. Attempts to contact support are not returned. Bad product!

In order to use this app, you have to download a SECOND app. When you open the SECOND app, it’s not even in English! So, they are both USELESS! Trash!

I shouldn’t have trusted this. Gave it full access to my info just for it to be the obvious “too good to be true” doesn’t work. Don’t waste your money. Install the vehicles company official app and use on Star.

Maybe I had false expectations but I was expecting to be able to lock/unlock the car by touching my phone or watch to the door but it doesn’t seem to work like that.
