Remote App
Adequate app for remote control of your vehicle. Too many pop up requests for reviews which are constant annoying, even after leaving a review. You can only use the app every few minutes or you get a “too many requests from this IP” message. Won’t lock or unlock when vehicle has been parked overnight or during the normal workday. Not as good as the manufacturers remote app.

They Stole My Money
I just signed up for this app thinking this would be beneficial in case I ever got locked out of my car. I entered my vehicle information and the app said that my car was compatible according to their site. Meaning it SHOULD work. Come to find out, my car is too old for this app to function so they just stole my $50. If they’re going to make people put their vehicle information in, the least they could do is know which cars are actually compatible and which ones aren’t!!!! VERY angry!

Does it need OnStar?
They don’t respond to emails sent to their “Support” email address, but they respond privately to a review. That tells me they don’t support their product after you pay the $39.99 for their service, since they don’t reply to emails, which are the only way you can contact them for support. I’VE BEEN WAITING FOR A RESPONSE TO AN EMAIL TO YOUR SUPPORT EMAIL ADDRESS FOR OVER A MONTH NOW! Not subscribing until I know if it requires OnStar to work with a GM vehicle.
I noticed that the few responses here refer to a different contact email address for support than the Support reference in the App Store - they don’t reply to either one of those “Support” email addresses.
