Errors
I lost the leisure pack, spent a month emailing support and they never gave me a way to fix it. They had me download TestFlight and open the app through that, which gave me the leisure pack but none of the packs I bought. All of a sudden the leisure pack came back on the normal version but today it is gone again and I get a message to download it again but nothing happens. Also, when I go to the suggest option I get a message that it needs an email but no where to put my email. The experience with these issues and the lack of fixing them makes me dislike an otherwise cool app.

Weird Measurements
Sometimes it skips over measurements or has the wrong measurements on both sides of a wall, when I need my vertical walls to both be the same length while connected to a horizontal wall, I would also like it if there was more instructions on how to use the image import feature as it’s very confusing to use.

Errors
I lost all my stuff randomly. I restored my purchases but still, missing stuff. Been talking with the developer for weeks and the issues still aren’t fixed.
DO NOT GET!
When I tried to go to my room it was missing? So I left to do a new one bc I needed a new room. But when I tried to leave or do anything it’s said something like “Sorry you have lite version, you need full version please buy at shop.” IT USED TO BE FREE COME ON!

Awesome app! One problem…
I feel like you should be able to duplicate rooms because it’s impossible to draw multiple rooms that are the exact same size otherwise. Other than that, great app! I’ve used it to redecorate my room on more than one occasion. Thank you so much for your contribution!
Deletes everything
Despite linking it with my iCloud, it just yeeted me out of my room - no chance to save or even look at what I’d done - the second the free trial was over.
I get that you need to have a trial stage, but I have no idea if I want to buy the app or not because I ahve no idea what I made or whether it was any good, and now I’m just mad that it didn’t even warn me.

Design Packs not Restored
I have used this app for years but for the last few days I have not been able to restore any of my purchased packs. I’m scared to delete and reinstall the app because I will lose all my designs. It would be nice if this was fixed. Thanks

This app has the ability to be fantastic. However, the developers are getting in their own way. Two emails sent to them, nut not acknowledged. They claim not have received them. Contact via Facebook. No reply. With a few changes this could be a go to for realtors and more. Right now, it’s only 3 star.

Keyplan 3D is one of the best home design apps in the world!
Keyplan 3D is good. I like it because it’s better than most other home design apps I’ve used. It is quite easy to use for moving forwards when exploring a project. It has nice colours to choose from and nice objects that are nice and posh. It is DEFINITELY good for designing a ‘Keyplan’ home. I worked out how to use it on the first day I downloaded it. It took a bit of guessing but I got it quickly enough. It is way easier to figure out how to use it than a lot of home design apps. If you are looking for this type of thing then I would recommend it to you.

Very Efficient, But…
I likethis app, as it has helped me to build on the creative and architectural side of myself. I do have a problem with glitching. I also do not appreciate the idea of not allowing those who don’t pay for the app to not use rooms, and have only one design. Otherwise, I welcome the opportunity to even have a house design app that mostly works.

I like the price of the app, and the navigation seems pretty easy. But how the heck to place doors. And how do I place a closet if a smaller room is not allowed to be created in a larger room?
