Easy and quick real estate assistance!

I was desperate to find someone to help me with a showing. My usual agent friends were busy so I found this app and downloaded it. I was able to send out a request and had it picked up almost immediately! Very happy and will use again!

Not all brokerages show up

I tried reaching out to support twice and no response. They can’t locate my brokerage.

Not getting notifications as soon as others

This is a 2 year+ issue. I changed my notification from my office locate to my Home location as the basis for the radius and now I only get the notification AFTER it’s already accepted by others. This is STILL A PROBLEM AFTER 2 years!!!!!!

Love it so much!!

I tried using another app like this but I had nothing but problems when using it. I tried KeyPleaz and was more than satisfied when using the app. Everything is so detailed and organized. This app has made everything so easy!

Too long to load

With the new update it takes too long to "fetch the opportunities"

Sound Notifications Pleaz!

The user experience is ok, but not having a sound notification is frustrating.

Thank you for your comment. Based on the feedback from Agents that use KeyPleaz, we incorporated sound in the summer of 2022! You can now hear the notification and claim it quickly!

Could be better

The app works fairly well, it doesn’t have any sound when there is a notification. I find myself not seeing there a notification until I physically pick up the phone.

Doesn’t say what states covered

Asks for RE License with drop down search, with nothing about what state when you “try” to sign up. Does not work.
