Keyring Landlord

Keyring keeps rental maintenance simple for landlords with one to five units. Turn a tenant report into a tracked repair, keep vendor details close, and preserve the full history for every unit. Log the problem once. Record what happened, attach a Before photo, choose a due date, and keep the issue tied to the right unit. Open, scheduled, and fixed work stays easy to scan. Send it to the right vendor. Keep plumbers, electricians, handymen, and other vendors in one place. Call, text, or email from the issue record when it is time to act. Prove the repair is done. Keyring requires an After photo before an issue can be marked fixed. Before and After evidence sit together with the repair timeline, so the record tells the whole story. Remember every appliance. Track appliances by unit, including make, model, install date, warranty end date, photos, and linked service history. See lifetime repair costs before deciding whether to repair or replace. Stay ahead of routine work. Set preventive schedules for filters, gutters, detectors, and other recurring jobs. Receive reminders for due work, overdue issues, and upcoming warranty deadlines. Make tax time easier. Export Schedule E expenses by unit and year as a CSV or PDF you can share with your accountant. Private by design. No account or sign-up is required. Your units, tenants, repairs, vendors, appliances, costs, and photos are kept on your device. Purchase validation and limited technical diagnostics use their respective service providers; Keyring does not upload your property records. The free plan supports one unit and up to three appliance records. Keyring Pro unlocks additional units, unlimited appliance records, preventive schedules, warranty alerts, and Schedule E export through the store's available purchase options.
