Very disappointed

Had a car wash pass since 2024, discovered I should have been accumulating points each time I used the pass. Talked with your associates and no help at all. Very disappointed. Cancelled my plan, lost my business.

Good car wash, terrible app!

Very un user friendly app. Also, I had a free Birthday wash ( good until September), but it mysteriously vanished. That made a hard day even harder.

Daily spin doesn’t work

The app never gives rewards and it takes so many washes to get any kind of credit. I have spun almost every day and have only won once 5 points or something silly and every other time is no win. Rigged
