Good car wash, terrible app!
Very un user friendly app. Also, I had a free Birthday wash ( good until September), but it mysteriously vanished. That made a hard day even harder.
Daily spin doesn’t work
The app never gives rewards and it takes so many washes to get any kind of credit. I have spun almost every day and have only won once 5 points or something silly and every other time is no win. Rigged
Overall ok
The spin instant win is clearly rigged. But other than that the app is nice.
Over charged
Place over charged me $75 in one month can’t help with that always a number definitely lost my business

I got a half off for two months and since I got it had issues always had too wait for them too fix it

Rocket car wash is the best!
Washing the car can be one more task you don’t have energy for! However, at rocket car wash it makes cleaning the car a breeze! Clean towels, vacuums that work, pressurized air to clean out vents, mat cleaners! It’s easy to keep my car looking like new and I love it!❤️
How to lose your great reputation
Used to get bugs cleaned and they would re run the wash if it did not. In the summer they would have attendant pre wash spray bugs on front of vehicle. We went there today after a road trip. Only free re run is for the highest priced $25 wash. Had to use the app free wash and it is still not clean.. time to try the other car washes in our neighborhood

Using the car wash in Boise ID area. It is phenomenal!
Sadly the app is horrible.
I’m running an iPhone SE3 with the latest 18.4 iOS.
First, the password screen jiggles around so you can’t paste from a password manager.
The killer is when they ask for email verification. Nothing sent. Checked spam, deleted. Tried “resend” a few times. Uninstalled, reset iPhone reinstalled.
Finally given up on the app.

Don’t use. Signed up for what I thought was a car wash subscription. No locations near me even though the name was that of a nearby business. Asked through support to cancel and was replied with an email suggesting I sign up for a promotion.
Best Tunnel Wash in Utah
I’ve been an Auto Detailer for 34Yrs. In the last year I have been to every tunnel wash in the Salt Lake Valley, I wanted to see which one was the best. My decision is based on how clean and dry my car was, what kind of pads, brushes they used and how hard they were touching my car. A couple sounded like they were going to rip my roof off. Also the length of the tunnel, how far apart each station was in the tunnel and how close they packed you in to the following car. After all you don’t want the dirt and mud from the car in front of you wiped all over your car, and a few more things. The Rocket Car Wash in South Jordan is the winner of my business. The other Rocket in Midvale is okay but I found the place not as nice and clean as the South Jordan Location. I also own a detailing business so I know what I’m talking about so if you want the advice of a 34yr exp Master Detailer go to this Rocket Car Wash in South Jordan. Also if you want the best help with your new membership or car wash ask for Chris. And this app is easy to use you just have to be smarter than the average ape leaving critical reviews.

Now much harder to do anything. All I want to is wash my car. Challenging to set up. Made it much harder to cancel your car wash package.
