App will not work on my iphone anymore.
I’ve had this app on my iPhone 7 Plus and have used it everyday for years. Now It’s saying I have to update my phone to iOS 16 to update the app. Well iPhone 7 Plus will only update to iOS 15.8.8. I don’t see why a food app would need to do this.
Double charged
This app double charged me for a meal. Customer service and the online assistance have been completely useless in rectifying this.
App broken
Phones 7 plus, so I have to install an older version, now app says an update is available and won’t let me use it unless I update which I can’t, obsoletion is such a pain, and money sink.
Ridiculous Company
Every comoany is working hard to satisfies customers, while KFC, AU particularly, is working desperately to prevent their customers from taking any tiny possible advantages from it.
You've been working all day and tired. You opened the app and just want to make orders, only to find you get kidnapped for mandatory updating which was purely for covering up their developers' stupids. While when you ger inappropriate charges, however, the refund cycle takes a century long for you to hover the Great Wall to locate the entry, and another two century long for them to review and process.
Threy never consider the price fairness, whether too expensive or too cheap, because they can modify the app, or simply recall your promos.
