Tried to use a promo one the app for 10 wicked wings for $10 it wouldn’t let me place the order

i was unhappy the whole footy game after i got a deal to get a free zinger burger that didn’t work. i took my time to download this app and didn’t even get my reward. how selfish and rude. overall disappointed.
how can a big company’s app is so bad

The app isn’t that bad but today I was playing the mini game and played all three and selected the reward of 2 zinger burgers, 2 medium chips and medium drinks for $15 and then it just vanished like I took time out of my day to play the mini games just for it to not work and scam me. Im disappointed as I was looking forward to getting KFC today.

Hard to login, stuff you around
So close, yet so incredibly far.
Genuinely unusable at times. The login function has been, for the past two years, a game of Russian roulette - will it actually allow me to login, or will it just redirect me back to the home page with a prompt to login again? And then you end up with 14 different login verification codes in your text messages.
I guess it’s technically more responsive than the MyMaccas app, with its increasingly slow response times, but the continued aggravation caused by the KFC login makes this app more trouble than it’s worth. God forbid you have to change phone number - you are then essentially barred from your account.
Decent promos and app-centric deals though, so if you do get it to work, it’s delightful.

useless, mate
app is still useless. wont allow you to sign in, doesnt send codes. Went into kfc and got something else. took em 3 tries but they got my order right + a free wing so i guess the universe is balanced again. But yeah the app is useless. zero stars.

Sign up process was extremely difficult was never able to get sign up mobile verification code.
Promos can’t be added
Frequently coming across “something went wrong” when selecting a Promo. Happened in the past, also happening today. I’ve tried selecting different locations but all have this error. Very frustrating.
DONT USE THIS
Oh my god I forgot why I deleted it. You order and if you have a problem “sorry call menulog” except menulog closed down “oh I mean door dash” door dash doesn’t have you order in it’s system so you can do anything to cancel it but don’t worry you food is already made and gone cold before the driver decides to pick it up with the other 30 orders from other apps so guess you have to wait some more
