I was seeing the big dinner order.
It said $25 for pick up and $34 for delivery.
But when I read the details it says the delivery fee is only $3.95 even though it’s almost $10 extra. It just lies about that.
I’m not saying it shouldn’t cost extra for a delivery fee but just don’t put the wrong details or descriptions.
I also get scammed when I order wicked boneless. Sometimes they give me small fry tenders instead of wicked boneless.

No good promos. Avoid
I haven’t had a decent promo forever, idk if it’s because I don’t order kfc at lunch time or some thing but there’s never anything decent or worth driving to kfc to get, so I just use other apps. Silly really
Scam app
App development without return/ refund function when the store is unable to provide the service. Received back with an email discount or a free meal (but that is what you had paid for) plus a time redeem limit applies to your money, the company stay on the head of Australian law.
Dumb app
Maccas app is the gold standard which is a shame as kfc just lost a sticky customer
App crash
The app keeps crashing on my iPhone 17, once it loads the app crashes and kicks me out of the app. And won’t let me back in.
Won’t sign in
Have had problems with signing in since the day I got this app stopped loading so deleted it and redownloaded it now won’t sign in at all
Price mark up is crazy for delivery
Can't believe how much they've added to the pricing compared to walking into the store. I guess it's a lazy tax, but it's kinda crazy.
Buggy App
The discounts are fantastic - when they actually work. I’ve had payment rejected multiple times for discounts given out the same day, had discounts stop working after I drive to the shop for pickup, and had the button grey out. Incredibly frustrating experience for what should be simple.
Delivery
Orderd a zinger box through delivery and it didn’t arrive till 45 minutes past expected
Store location not saving
Changing the store location and having it not save half the time so you end up just wasting money at some other store you cant get to. Very annoying
Cannot log in or create account as it says my phone number is used
Cannot log into this app or create a new account as it says my mobile number is used. There is no way to resolve this issue or reset your details using your phone number. Tried every option but not working. Losing my business kfc!

Tried to use a promo one the app for 10 wicked wings for $10 it wouldn’t let me place the order

i was unhappy the whole footy game after i got a deal to get a free zinger burger that didn’t work. i took my time to download this app and didn’t even get my reward. how selfish and rude. overall disappointed.
how can a big company’s app is so bad

App consistently logs you out and then just blanks when trying to log back in. Can hardly ever use it
